Charlotte is a qualified MBSR instructor, having trained at Brown University's School of Professional Studies.  She is a registered dietitian in the Plattsburgh, NY area and a former attorney.  Charlotte began meditating and studying mindfulness 15 years ago.  She believes mindfulness can change the way you think leading to greater peace of mind, resilience and confidence.

Mindfulness and Stress Reduction Classes

My MBSR group classes are designed to help individuals reduce stress and improve their overall wellbeing through mindfulness techniques. Classes are held in a supportive and non-judgmental environment, and are suitable for individuals of all levels of experience.  Classes are in person in the Plattsburgh, NY area or virtual.

I also offer customized mindfulness and stress reduction workshops for businesses and organizations looking to enhance employee wellbeing and productivity. These workshops can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your organization.
